Partner Sues Ex-Sen. Malcolm Wallop

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (CN) - Former Sen. Malcolm Wallop mismanaged the Wallop Canyon Ranch for his own benefit and to the detriment of members of the Wallop Family Limited Partnership, a member of the LP claims in Federal Court. Plaintiff Scott Goodwyn says Malcolm and Paul Wallop also refused to produce records, which Goodwyn suspects have been juggled.

Goodwyn is represented by S. Joseph Darrah of Powell, Wyo.
