Parody Song Composer Sues Capital One

CHICAGO (CN) - Capital One Financial violates copyright by using Allen Sherman's "Hello Muddah, Hello Fadduh" song in a TV commercial, the estate of Sherman's songwriting partner, Louis Bush, claims in Federal Court. Burning Bush Music's claim may be complicated by the fact that the "Camp Granada" song was taken from Paderno Ponchielli's "Dance of the Hours" ballet.
