CHICAGO – A class of consumers claims in Cook County court that the ParkChicago mobile app that allows users to pay for parking meter fees does not always update correctly, leading to parking tickets.

The lead plaintiff is Edward Sanchez and the defendants are Chicago Parking Meters LLC, LAZ Parking Chicago LLC, the City of Chicago and John Does 1-12.
