DALLAS (CN) – MySpace allowed co-defendant Kiley Ryan Bowers (now in federal prison), to meet a 15-year-old girl online, then sexually assault her, and continue to hound her online after the assault, leading to her suicide, Julie Doe’s parents say. They demand punitive damages, claiming MySpace callously refused and refuses to institute security procedures. See complaint in Dallas County Court.
