MIAMI (CN) - Dr. Adam Feder, a licensed psychologist, took an 18-year-old patient home and supplied her with drugs, "for recreational purposes only," including Oxycodone, Xanax and marijuana, and had sex with her, until she was found dead of an Oxycodone overdose at age 20, her parents claim in Miami-Dade County Court.
The parents claim Feder was 37 when he began preying upon their 18-year-old daughter.
They also sue Feder's employer, Compass Health Systems, claiming it negligently hired and employed him despite prior arrests for marijuana possession, bouncing a check, DUI and reckless driving, and DUI, attempted bribery and possession of drug paraphernalia.
