Parental rights in Indiana

CHICAGO — The Seventh Circuit ruled that Indiana social workers may have violated two parents' constitutional right to make medical decisions for their child when the social workers ordered them to take their infant daughter to the hospital and confirm she was taking medication to control epileptic seizures.
