FORT LAUDERDALE (CN) - A parasailing operator ignored two frightened girls' cries to bring them down in high winds, but let the parasail detach from its lines and throw the girls into a building and a tree, killing one and seriously injuring her other, the girls' mother claims in Broward County Court.
Amber May White, 15, died on Aug. 17 and Crystal White was injured. The mom demands damages from Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Waterfront License Corp.
