LOS ANGELES (CN) - A paparazzo claims Lindsay Lohan's chauffeur ran him over on Cahuenga Boulevard 2 years ago "as he was taking photographs of a celebrity inside the vehicle."
Grigor Balyan sued Lohan, Paola Demara and Tri Star Sports & Entertainment for more than $25,000, in Superior Court.
In a bare-bones complaint, Balyan seeks damages for lost wages, medical expenses, property damage and lost earning capacity.
He claims the celebrity bad girl's vehicle bumped and injured him on Jan. 10, 2010, on North Cahuenga Boulevard in Los Angeles.
Balyan is represented by Neil Steiner with Steiner & Libo, of Beverly Hills.
