Paparazzo Sues Pink

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Pop star Pink and her husband attacked a photographer at a Malibu shopping center and called him a "pedophile" for taking photos while the singer changed her baby's diaper, the paparazzo claims in court.

Boris Issaei sued Pink, (Alecia Beth Moore), 34, and her husband, freestyle motocross and off-road truck racer Carey Hart, 38, in Superior Court.

Issaei alleges assault and battery, intentional destruction of personal property, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Hart and Pink's friend Nader Heydari is also named as a defendant.

Issaei claims he was assaulted on the evening of June 12 after he took pictures of Pink and Hart as they stopped with their baby, Willow Sage Hart, at a public playground in the Malibu Country Mart outdoor mall.

"Soon thereafter, defendant Hart and defendant Heydari saw the plaintiff and aggressively approached him using abusive words like 'You fucking cunt,' 'You fucking pedophile,'" the 7-page lawsuit states. "Defendant Pink was in the playground holding her baby yelling, 'You're photographing my baby naked.' When plaintiff tried to explain that he was not trying to photograph the baby naked, defendants assaulted and battered plaintiff."

Issaei claims that Heydari kicked him and stomped on his feet as Hart kept a lookout.

Pink, meanwhile, ignored Issaei's pleas, telling him: "'You deserve it,'" and calling him an "'asshole,'" according to the lawsuit.

With Hart and Heydari blocking his escape, Heydari kneed him in the groin, Issaei claims. He claims he called 911 while Heydari broke his camera and tried to kick him in the chest.

When paramedics arrived they told him to go to an emergency room, Issaei says, but he refused because he was uninsured. He claims that after police took statements, Pink, Hart and Heydari told the police he was intoxicated and accused him again of being a pedophile.

Issaei says he passed a sobriety test, and that when officers looked at the memory card on his camera "there were no pictures in it that confirmed or justified these false accusations."

Issaei says he learned that celebrity news website TMZ posted a video of the incident. The video was still posted this morning.

Pink married Hart in 2006. The couple's daughter was born on June 2, 2011.

Issaei seeks punitive damages.

He is represented by Lonnie Blanchard III.
