Pandemic precautions limited

NEW ORLEANS — The Fifth Circuit upheld a Louisiana federal court’s injunction that prevents the federal government from requiring contractors to ensure their entire workforce is vaccinated against Covid-19, finding the balance of harms and public interest favor barring the rule.
