Pandemic Orders

The Texas Supreme Court voided a contempt judgment against Dallas, Texas, salon owner Shelley Luther, who was jailed and fined for violating a temporary restraining order requiring her to stop providing in-person services at the salon per emergency regulations relating to the pandemic.
