Panamanian PV problems

CHICAGO — A Chicago-based energy company could not secure summary judgment on two foreign solar developers’ tortious interference lawsuit. The Chicago firm’s Panamanian affiliate allegedly blocked the foreign companies from connecting their solar plant to Panama’s national grid despite having grid access agreements with the utility.
