Pa. Superior Court

ATTORNEYS, DAMAGES - The Pennsylvania Superior Court found that it was a "totally unprofessional and flagrant" violation of a court order for the defense counsel to introduce evidence of the decedent's cocaine use during trial. The decedent fell underneath the defendant's tractor trailer and was killed. Reversed and remanded for a new trial. See ruling.
