P320 problems

CONCORD, N.H. — A New Hampshire federal court denied Sig Sauer’s motion to sever and transfer or to dismiss two customers’ consolidated product liability lawsuit against it. Their P320 pistols allegedly discharged while holstered on their own, not because the trigger was pulled or the firearm was dropped, injuring the customers. Judicial economy is promoted by keeping the cases consolidated, and the claims are pleaded well enough to survive dismissal.
