CONCORD, N.H. — A federal court in New Hampshire ruled against the U.S Department of Labor in its suit against an electricity and natural gas provider, finding electric dispatchers and senior gas controllers are exempted from the Fair Labor Standards Act’s overtime requirements because they are administrative employees.
