SEATTLE — A King County sheriff’s officer shot a teenager to death with eight bullets in a “recklessly supervised and unconstitutionally executed ‘sting’ operation to seize a different teenager,” suspected of selling alcohol to minors, the parents of the late MiChance Dunlap-Gittens say in federal court.
