A man claims in a <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/08/Overkill.pdf">federal complaint</a></strong> that Pennsylvania state troopers punched and kicked him in his own home, broke two teeth, critically damaged his eye, and called his wife “a fucking liar” for telling them he was recovering from open-heart surgery and that the two marijuana plants they found in the back yard were to assist his wife with her back pain.
