A mother who took her five young children to Six Flags Entertainment park in Vallejo, California, sued the company in Solano County Court, claiming that after being falsely accused of not paying for toppings on her children’s ice cream cones, security guards knocked her down and broke her wrist and punched her daughter in the face.
