VENTURA, Calif. — A drywaller claims in court that his employer, Wall Systems, of Moorpark, Calif., deducted (nonparty) Carpenters Union dues from his paycheck for 24 years, and when he retired, he found it hadn’t paid them since 1996, costing him his benefits.
