Ouch!

HARTFORD (CN) - A construction company that was supposed to dump hot asphalt into the bed of a pickup truck opened the wrong chute and dumped it on the windshield, which gave way, filling the cab with asphalt and seriously burning the driver, the man claims in Superior Court.

John Brayton and his wife sued Tilcon Connecticut. They are represented by Riscassi and Davis.
