Ouch!

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (CN) - A man says that when he made an inoffensive joke during a lighthearted training session for Time Warner Cable, his instructor smacked him so hard in the face it made him dizzy, blurred his vision, made his ears ring and left a handprint on his face. He demands damages for assault, battery and negligence from Time Warner and Terry Quaintance, in Jackson County Court
