LOS ANGELES — Ryan Moody claims he is “the first, uncredited screenwriter of the motion picture ‘The Disaster Artist,’ which has been nominated for a Best Adapted Screenplay Oscar,” and that RabbitBandini Productions and Point Grey Pictures induced him to sell it for $5,000 and did not give him the associate producer credit they promised, in L.A. Superior Court.
