ATTORNEY FEES, INSURANCE - The Oregon Supreme Court found that an insured, who won an action against his insurer,is entitled to attorney fees because the amount of benefits due to the insured was not the only issue in the original action. Thus, the insurer did not meet the required condition to be exempt fromattorney fees.Grisby v. Progressive Preferred Insurance Company
