A Ninth Circuit panel agreed Wednesday there is no 14th Amendment privacy right to avoid having to use the same restroom as a transgender person – nor does having to do so amount to sexual harassment – and affirmed dismissal of a lawsuit brought by parents against an Oregon school district.
