Oregon Accuses Ace Group In Antitrust Claim

SALEM, ORE. (CN) - Ace Group Holdings and its subsidiaries conspired to restrain trade in insurance through bid rigging, allocating customers and inflating premiums, the State of Oregon claims in a state antitrust complaint. This lawsuit in Marion County Court is a spinoff of the Marsh & McLennan litigation, involving a Marsh & McLennan division called Global Broking. See complaint.
