Oracle Arbitration

Noting its departure from an employer’s usual reliance on arbitration clauses, the Ninth Circuit on Thursday <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/OracleArbitration-9CA.pdf"><strong>rejected</strong></a> Oracle’s bid to duck arbitration in a $150 million <a href="https://www.courthousenews.com/oracle-hit-with-150m-class-action-by-sales-staff/">spat</a> with its sales staff over commission.

SAN FRANCISCO – Noting its departure from an employer’s usual reliance on arbitration clauses, the Ninth Circuit on Thursday rejected Oracle’s bid to duck arbitration in a $150 million spat with its sales staff over commission.
