O PHOENIX — Insys Therapeutics and its former vice president of sales Alec Burlakoff will pay$9.5 million** to settle claims that they paid doctors lucrative “speaker fees” in exchange for the doctors writing prescriptions for Insys’ flagship drug, Subsys, “a fentanyl drug,” the Arizona attorney general said.
