Opioid epidemic

CLEVELAND — In a suit over the effects of the opioid epidemic, which has disproportionately affected Native Americans who have “suffered the highest per capita rate of opioid overdoses,” Native American tribes reached a nearly $590 million settlement with Johnson & Johnson, AmerisourceBergen, McKesson and Cardinal Health.
