AUSTIN (CN) - Texas' Veterinary Licensing Act unconstitutionally prohibits people who are not veterinarians from doing simple dental work on horses, such as filing down naturally formed points on their molars, five men claim in Travis County Court. They sued the Texas State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners.
