HACKENSACK, N.J. (CN) - A couple claims oil companies pumped 150 gallons of fuel oil into their house through an empty hole, four months after they canceled their contract because they were switching to natural gas. They also sued the construction company that removed their fuel oil tank but left the conduit on the house.

Jesus and Clara Wong sued Metro Fuel Oil Co., Beacon Oil Co., Heating Oil Partners, Carlos Sanchez, and J.P. Renovations & Construction, in Bergen County Court.
