ATLANTA (CN) - Efilms demands $500,000 from Comprehensive Technical Group, claiming that "in an act of complete and utter ineptitude, defendant literally deleted its client's computer hard drives." Efilms says that a CTG technician deleted its files while taking to another customer on the phone, and that CTG then sent it this message: "Killed system. Apologized. ... Still living with regret."

Eflims is represented by David Lilenfeld in Fulton County Court.
