LOUISVILLE (CN) - Would you like 300,000 salads with that? Papa John's pizza claims Entertainment Publications printed more than 300,000 two-for-one coupons for Papa John's pizzas without permission, and distributed them in its "Entertainment Book" in and around Orlando, Fla.

Papa John's claims the defendant printed 100,000 copies of the "Entertainment Membership '09" coupon book, each with three unauthorized 2-for-1 coupons.

It demands damages for trademark violation and dilution, false designation, compensatory damages and an injunction. Papa John's is represented in Federal Court by Charles Thomason.
