MT. CLEMENS, Mich. – A Texas woman claims in court that a man she met on dating site Match.com swindled her out of $800,000 by getting her to invest in nonexistent businesses for uncut diamonds.
The plaintiff is Jill Capela, and the defendants are Omega Home Healthcare LLC and John Doe aka John Giovanni. Match.com is not a party to the case.
