One Primate Dealer Sues Another One

MANHATTAN (CN) - Pacific Forest Resources, a Caymans Island corporation that sells nonhuman primates to biomedical research facilities, says it gets 90 percent of its animals from Grand Forest, of Pingnan Guangxi, China, and that Harlan Sprague Dawley, Harlan Corp., and Steven Sullivan are using confidential, proprietary information to horn in on it. It demands money damages and an injunction in New York County Court. See complaint.
