Omegle abuse

PORTLAND, Ore. (CN) — An Oregon federal judge allowed a minor’s product liability claims to proceed against Omegle, the online chatroom website that pairs strangers for one-on-one video chats. A Canadian man forced the teen to send him pornographic images and videos of herself; she adequately alleged the website is defectively designed to allow minors to match with adults.
