Olympus Class Action

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Olympus, the scandal-plagued Japanese corporation, faces a shareholder class action accusing it of hiding losses "in the form of inflated fees," including the $687 million it paid an adviser for a $2 billion acquisition of a company that soon went belly up.
