LOS ANGELES (CN) - An 81-year-old woman who says she was walking her dog when she came upon a camera crew waiting for Paris Hilton near a parked car has sued Viacom for allegedly using film of her without permission that included a voiceover implying she had exposed her private parts publicly.
Anne B. McCourt, in complaint filed in Superior Court, said the camera crew, from the VH1 program "Celebrity Eye Candy," asked her how she felt about Hilton and she responded, "I think she's an ass ... I'm sorry she's just not ... on my list. I think she's ugly. And I think she's a disgusting human being."
The film, along with narration implying McCourt had exposed herself, aired on a "Best of 2007" episode of the series.
The complaint was filed by Christopher M. Daniels of Daniels & Wymore.
