LOS ANGELES (CN) - Comedian Adam Carolla used copyrighted photographs without permission in his book "Not Taco Bell Material," the photographer claims in court.
Donny Misraje sued Carolla, Lotzi Digital, and Crown Publishing Group, in Federal Court.
Misraje claims in the complaint that he is, or was, a longtime friend and producer for Carolla.
He claims Carolla used two photographs from their younger days in the comedian's autobiography.
Misraje seeks an accounting, costs, an injunction and damages for copyright infringement.
He is represented by Gregory Doll with Doll Amir & Elley.
