RICHMOND, Va. — The Fourth Circuit upheld the lower court’s finding in favor of Liberty University, which was sued by the 79-year-old art professor it fired allegedly in an act of age discrimination. The professor could not show that age motivated her firing and not her unwillingness to improve her technology skills to meet the demand for graphic design, digital art and animation courses.
