PORTLAND, Ore. — Cascadia Wildlands brought a federal complaint against the U.S. Forest Service for approving the Crystal Clear Restoration Project: an 11,700-acre logging sale on Mt. Hood, which includes nearly 4,000 acres of old-growth forest that provides habitat for endangered species.
