Old and Disabled

A disabled senior citizen on fixed income claims Rancho Ford sold her a car she couldn't afford by secretly doubling her income on her loan application - subjecting her to possible criminal prosecution - then refused to let her rescind the purchase, repossessed the car and kept her money.

She also sued Visterra Credit Union and Harco National Insurance, in San Diego Superior Court, Vista.
