Oklahoma Schools Accused Of Brutality

OKLAHOMA CITY (CN) - Five pairs of parents claim Norman Public School District teachers and administrators used and approved of unconstitutional punishment of special ed kids with behavior problems, including strangleholds, slamming their heads on desks, locking them in dark rooms, sitting on them while restraining their hands behind their back, and other physical and psychological punishments. The complaint involves Wilson Elementary and Alcott Middle Schools. See complaint.
