Oil and Gas Leases

A federal court in Utah dismissed conservation groups’ claims against the Bureau of Land Management relating to the sale of oil and gas leases in the southeastern part of the state in March and December 2018. The claims are moot because the bureau suspended the leases in order to perform further environmental analysis, the court ruled.
