ATTORNEYS - (Per curiam.) The Ohio Supreme Court publicly reprimanded attorney Robert E. Shea for misrepresenting himself to a county child support enforcement agency attorney in order to acquire confidential records showing that his former employer had defaulted on child support payments. Shea also failed to inform clients about his lack of malpractice insurance.
