ATTORNEYS - The Ohio Supreme Court indefinitely suspended attorney John Richard Tomlan for preparing his client's will, which named himself and his family as the beneficiaries. Tomlan also concealed more than $112,000 of his client's money after her death and deposited the money into a personal account.
