JUDICIARY - The Ohio Supreme Court publicly reprimanded Harry A. Sargeant Jr., a judge of the Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas, for having allowed six cases to languish in his court for an inordinate amount of time. The failure to manage the docket injured the parties before him and the public's perception of the legal system.
