Ohio Initiatives

The Sixth Circuit vacated a preliminary injunction that stayed enforcement of Ohio's ballot initiative requirements during the Covid-19 pandemic. The state’s stay-at-home order and restrictions on group gatherings make it more difficult to obtain signatures in support of ballot initiatives, but they do not exclude them from the ballot.
