PORTLAND, ORE. (CN) - Fleetwood Enterprises breached contract by refusing to cover the $39,578 bill for Leticia Correa Perez's gall bladder surgery, telling her, "Hispanics like to have surgeries when they have insurance," Correa claims in Multnomah County Court. Correa had health insurance through her husband, a Fleetwood employee.
