Official Stole $400,000 from Needy Children

MANHATTAN (CN) - Nigel Osarenkhoe, former supervisor of adoptions in New York City's Administration for Children's Services, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to conspiring to steal more than $400,000 meant to help poor, adopted children. Osarenkhoe, 49, faces up to 20 years in federal prison.
