TUCSON – Occupy Tucson defendants arraigned between Nov. 1 and 7 say Arizona’s and a city judge’s threats to ban them from downtown parks if they are cited three times for curfew violations are “arbitrary, capricious … unnecessary, duplicative and pretextual.” Occupy Austin also sued its city.
